Abstract
The World Economic Forum and others have reported that as jobs are transformed by the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, interpersonal skills will increasingly become important in the workplace.
This talk will look at how business English trainers can incorporate critical soft skills in the classroom, and outlines an exciting NEW accreditation process for teachers who want to integrate soft skills into their classrooms.
Bio
Jeff Aristy, Managing Director of GrowWerk GmbH, was born in New York City,
He is the founder and Managing Director of GrowWerk GmbH, a training, coaching and consulting company based in Munich, Germany.
He has made interpersonal and intrapersonal skills a corner stone of his training work and is central to the GrowWerk brand.
Jeff has been training and designing courses for organisations for 18 years and provides train-the-trainer courses in soft skills development.
