Managing larger groups of teens has its challenges. Our aims include increasing student motivation,helping them become more self-aware and autonomous. Students who are trained to work collaboratively,challenged to work towards a common goal and given the space to make decisions about and reflect upon their learning, are more engaged and gain a greater sense of progress.
We will explore new ideas, share effective teaching practice and plan ways to incorporate autonomy-boosting activities.
