ABSTRACT
The workshop is intended for the teachers willing to introduce new ways of working on a text. Three different reading activities will be presented. These activities are easily done in the classroom and take little preparation, yet are engaging for the students. The aim of the activities is to promote collaborative learning, creative thinking, speaking and vocabulary practice.
BIOGRAPHY
Jelena is 35 years old. She has been working as a teacher since 2004. She has worked with all age groups from preschoolers to adults, having taught all levels, both in public and private schools. Also, in 2018, she finished her masters degree. Her thesis was related to English language methodology, more precisely, using course books in public schools.
