There are numerous places where teachers turn to for new, better, or more engaging activities for their students, including printed materials, websites and, of course, their colleagues. One would think that there’s no real need to create yet another online storage of activities that “can help a busy teacher”… but #flashmobELT was designed to be more than just that. In this session you will find out all about the advantages and originality of #FlashmobELT project, learn how to benefit from it and freshen up your classes with activities that have been successfully tried out in classrooms around the world.
Anna has been teaching English for over 9 years in a variety of contexts in her native Moscow, Russia. Since April of this year she’s an English language teacher at Tokyo campus of Clark Memorial International High School. She’s a proud iTDi Associate and can also be found writing off and on for TeachingEnglish website and her own blog. Anna is enthusiastic about teacher and student self-development, with reflection and reflection through writing being part of it.
