You'll leave this session with a handful of theatre-based games that you can immediately use with your English learners. You'll learn about the benefits of using drama games to encourage even the shyest students to speak up. You'll get an insight into the active workshops our native British theatre facilitators run in secondary schools across Belgium, from escape rooms exploring British Food and British landmarks, to improvisation and Shakespeare.
Biography
Abbie Moore is the founder of Hello Drama. Hello Drama comprises a team of British native theatre facilitators and qualified English teachers, who deliver inspiring and playful English-language workshops in secondary schools across Belgium. The workshops are packed with active theatre games and creative language activities, designed to boost the confidence of students learning English as a second language.
Abbie has the highest grade of bachelor's degree in Performing Arts from Bath Spa University (UK) and a Pass A CELTA qualification.
She has designed and delivered workshops to thousands of students from across the world.
